The concept is simple: 120 minutes of partying with no warm-up. It starts at 7:00 p.m.—and gets going right away. All guests receive wireless headphones and choose for themselves which soundtrack they want to listen to. Three DJs spin tracks simultaneously on three channels: ’80s & ’90s, indie, and electronic music. You can switch between music genres at any time with the push of a button.

The glowing headphones turn the dance floor itself into a light installation. From the outside, it stays pleasantly quiet; in your ears, the music is exactly as loud as each person wants it to be.

turbodisco takes place outdoors on the covered open-air stage at the ufaFabrik in Berlin-Tempelhof. The event is compact, intimate, and family-friendly: children get in free, and a small supervised play area gives parents the chance to dance along without having to organize the entire evening around childcare.

After 120 minutes, it’s over—just in time before the next day begins.
