silent green presents Mutant Radio Sessions

Home to more than 90 residents and 50 weekly guests, Mutant Radio thrives on collaborations with festivals, labels, record stores, and cultural spaces worldwide.

What makes it unique is a fully equipped studio caravan housed at a former electro station in Tbilisi - a bar, cultural venue, and broadcast hub that also hosts events, exhibitions, and workshops.

Since April 2025, Mutant Radio has expanded to Berlin with a compact studio, opening fresh connections for local and international communities.

Andrea Neumann

Solo Performance Innenklavier, Mixer

In this piece, a dialogue with the instrument gives rise to soundscapes in which subtlety and brutality coexist.

Andrea Neumann studied classical piano at the Berlin University of the Arts. She is based in Berlin, where she works as a musician and composer in the fields of new and experimental music. Since 2020, she has taught Open Creation/Improvisation at the FHNW Academy of Music in Basel. Since 1996, Neumann has developed and performed on her own instrument, the inside piano: a stringed aluminum frame played through preparations and amplified using a mixing console and various pickups.

As a composer-performer, she has been a central figure in the development of Berlin’s Echtzeitmusik scene, both as a soloist and in numerous ensembles. Her work—including the trio Contagious (with Mieko Suzuki and Sabine Ercklentz)—explores the intersections of electronic music, improvisation, composition, performance, and sound art.

Liz Allbee

Liz Allbee is a composer-performer & improviser who works with the imaginarchic potential of sonic material. She performs on self-designed quadraphonic trumpet, electronics, trumpet and voice. Her work encompasses electro-acoustic composition, text, spatialization and instrument creation, with an ear towards embodiment and extension.

Araushavs

Araushavs is a band consisting of Gabiskiriamalia, Sandro Tediashvili and Zurab Babunashvili. Blending vocals, guitars, oscillators and computer music their first release will be available in the summer of 2026. Established through friendship and collaborative theatre work their live performance will blend elements from disparate practices towards a common sonority.
