NoonSong: Renaissance music, captivating and energetic

The Renaissance and early Baroque choral music performed in this NoonSong by sirventes berlin exults and praises God through virtuoso compositions. Two Romantic choral works take up this spirit of joy and gratitude, expressing it through moving melodies.

NoonSong—what is it? 

Every Saturday at noon, locals, visitors to Berlin, music fans, and architecture enthusiasts gather for NoonSong. It is both a concert and a church service, developed from the Anglican Evensong. Eight professional singers from the vocal ensemble sirventes berlin perform choral music under the direction of Stefan Schuck. The repertoire ranges from Renaissance music to contemporary compositions.
