Victor Haisch is the co-founder of Razeco, the world’s first manufacturer of plastic-free razors. Razeco is the first company to produce razor heads made from bio-based, biodegradable materials. In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Victor shares positive, sustainable content on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, building a growing community in the process.

Theresia Crone has been an activist in the fields of climate protection and women’s health for many years. Most recently, as a law student and someone who has personally experienced such issues, she has repeatedly spoken out on topics related to digital and sexualized violence.
She has completed her studies in German and French law and is currently preparing for the state bar exam.
