Weekend Fasting Workshop in Berlin - It Starts With Fast

Experience the transformative power of fasting in this one-day weekend fasting course. The course fits perfectly into a busy work schedule—without the stress and time constraints of an expensive fasting retreat. You’ll have the opportunity to try fasting both in a group setting and from the comfort of your own home.

We’ll guide you step by step through all phases of fasting and show you just how refreshing, invigorating, and empowering this experience can be. Together, we’ll develop practical tips for daily life, set personal goals, and create space for open discussion—so you’ll feel supported, motivated, and confident throughout the entire course.

Together, we’ll prepare a soothing organic vegetable broth, enjoy it together, and use the time to reflect on your first fasting experiences and recharge your motivation.

The courses are intentionally held in small groups (max. 8 people), creating a warm, motivating atmosphere. Here you can relax, make connections, and experience fasting within a supportive community of like-minded individuals.

Fasting Course Schedule:

Preparation Day (1 day before the session): Instructions for preparing for the fast at home

Fasting Day – Fasting Session: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Recovery Day (1 day after the meeting): Instructions for reintroducing food at home

Fasting may not be suitable for everyone. It is important to seek medical advice before participating in a fasting course to determine whether fasting is appropriate for you—especially if you have health concerns or take medication regularly.

The fasting course offered is a complementary wellness and prevention program and does not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment. It is not a substitute for medical consultation, diagnosis, or therapy.

People who are not eligible to participate in our fasting programs:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
  • Children and adolescents (under 18 years of age)
  • People who are underweight or suffer from eating disorders (e.g., anorexia, bulimia)
  • Individuals with severe physical illnesses, such as: cardiovascular diseases, severe kidney or liver diseases, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cancer
  • People with type 1 diabetes (due to the risk of severe blood sugar fluctuations)
  • People taking medications that require food intake or may be affected by fasting
  • Older adults who are frail or at risk of malnutrition
  • People with weakened immune systems or acute infections
