Following a sold-out tour in 2024 and a successful collaboration with the MDR Symphony Orchestra, the Stiehler/Lucaciu duo is presenting their new live album this year, recorded at one of the world’s most renowned recording studios: Abbey Road Studios in London. Recorded and produced by Grammy winner John Barrett.
Sascha Stiehler (piano, synthesizer) and Antonio Lucaciu (saxophone, vocals) met over 21 years ago at a youth music competition and have been best friends—not just musically—ever since.
The two Leipzig natives are among the most renowned musicians on the German scene, having performed with music greats such as Clueso, Daniel Hope, Max Prosa, Elif, and Günther “Baby” Sommer, and appearing on numerous TV shows including Tagesthemen, Inas Nacht, and Late Night Berlin.
