The play tells the story of an unusual friendship between two creatures who could hardly be more different. And yet they discover: It’s not size that matters, nor speed, nor volume. But trust. Listening. Being there for one another.
In a poetic stage world filled with live music, movement, and humor, children experience how caution turns into curiosity, strangeness into closeness, and uncertainty into courage.
The little snail shows the big whale that even quiet voices are important. The whale, in turn, gives the snail the courage to rise above itself. Together, they find paths that seemed impossible alone.
This approximately 45-minute musical theater performance is aimed at children ages 4 to 9 and their families.
It conveys core values without being preachy: friendship, solidarity, mutual responsibility, and the realization that everyone can contribute, no matter how big or small they are.
