Frauen und Fiktion & Theater Thikwa
“I don’t have time!” What lies behind this statement? Why do so many people live with the feeling that they don’t have free rein over their time? And what would this world look like if people had time for what truly matters?
Frauen und Fiktion & Theater Thikwa wanted to find out how to reclaim their time. To do this, they asked people between the ages of 3 and 93 how they experience their daily lives and their time. In this performance, they give them a voice. A kaleidoscope of time perceptions unfolds on stage.
Between choreographed moments of exhaustion and utopian care, they explore collective pausing and invite the audience to rethink closeness and participation beyond capitalist exploitation. In the end, the question remains: How do people want to deal with time in the future?
