Panel discussion on the current exhibition with Hans Peter Klausnitzer, Florentine Nadolni, Manfred Paul, Dr. Angelika Weißbach
In the GDR several graphic folders appeared every year. Often the occasion was a political anniversary or a round day of birth or death, like the 30th anniversary of the death of Johannes R. Becher in 1988. On behalf of the Kulturbund der DDR 21 artists created graphic sheets and photographs, which were summarized under the title "...und des Menschen Größe" in a folder and can currently be seen in Biesdorf Palace.
The backgrounds, challenges and results of their work on the current presentation and the work on the art archive in general will be discussed:
Florentine Nadolni, Director of the Art Archive Beeskow
Hans Peter Klausnitzer, staff member of the Kulturbund and supervisor for the publication of the graphic folder
Manfred Paul, involved as photographer in the portfolio
Dr. Angelika Weißbach, Inventor of the holdings of the Beeskow Art Archive
