The European Days of Arts and Crafts - ETAK for short - are a long weekend for watching and participating and take place every year at the same time at the beginning of April in 24 European countries. In Germany, many regions in 11 federal states showcase a wide variety of creative crafts - and this year is the tenth time!

Artisans and creative people open their workshops, stores and studios and allow visitors of all ages to take a look behind the scenes. Museums, theaters, operas, universities, public institutions and many others also offer exhibitions, guided tours, workshops and other arts and crafts-related activities.

Why arts and crafts in Berlin?

Arts and crafts stand for sustainability and regionality. The program is colorful and diverse - just like the industry itself, because every artisan, designer and creative person adds a distinctive touch to their own work.
