The life of the architect Richard Paulick

The tension between historicism and modernism was politically charged in the divided Berlin between East (Stalin-/Karl-Marx-Allee) and West (Interbau 1957). Today, Berlin is working on a proposal to nominate both ensembles jointly for UNESCO's World Heritage List
