Summer concert with the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin and baroque music by Vivaldi, Purcell among others.

The enthusiasm for dancing in the Baroque era knew no bounds. Whether in Versailles or Vienna - at the courts of Europe, the aristocracy jumped merrily to minuets and gaillards. Look forward to cheerful and lively works with the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin!

Weather permitting, there will be a get-together after the concert in the charming church park directly in front of Villa Elisabeth.

The musical panorama is complemented by entertaining excerpts from 17th and 18th century dance treatises. They bear eloquent witness to the art of moving gracefully and avoiding any faux pas in company.
