Friday the 13th weekend with a new show, a maze of terrors, and surprises.

Since 2013, the Berlin Dungeon in the heart of Berlin has been bringing the city's darkest chapters of history to life in an immersive way. This year, the attraction celebrates its 13th birthday – fittingly on Friday, March 13th.

13 Years of the Berlin Dungeon: A Spooky Birthday on Friday the 13th

The number 13 is traditionally considered unlucky. However, in the Berlin Dungeon's eerie, immersive theater, it's the perfect occasion for celebration: From March 13th to 15th, 2026, the entire weekend will be dedicated to this sinister number, transforming the Dungeon into a particularly terrifyingly beautiful place.

New Anniversary Show: "Rendezvous with a Vampire"

The new special show "Rendezvous with a Vampire" will premiere during the birthday weekend. The production can be experienced exclusively from March 13th to May 31st, 2026.

The show transports guests to an opulent, dark ballroom where, behind red velvet curtains and flickering candlelight, an encounter with vampire nobility is brewing. Once a year, the Count hosts a special ball – but the invitation quickly proves to be anything but pleasant. The production blends eerie aesthetics with dark humor and culminates in a madcap escape through a mirror maze.

Specials for the Anniversary Weekend

The anniversary weekend will be accompanied by additional events. A large prize draw offers attractive prizes from Berlin partners.

The neighborhood is also joining in the celebration: Visitors to the Berlin Dungeon will receive vouchers for Café Waffel or Becher, as well as for the Berlin Icebar – perfect for a little refreshment after the scare.

Special Tour: "Black Out Maze"

For an extra thrill, a special evening tour will be offered during the anniversary weekend. After regular opening hours, the Berlin Dungeon transforms into a thrilling labyrinth of terror in celebration of the cursed anniversary.

The Berlin Dungeon

At the Berlin Dungeon, professional actors slip into historical roles and take guests on a chillingly funny journey through over 600 years of Berlin history in interactive live shows.

Thanks to authentic sets and cinematic special effects, visitors become part of the city's dark past in ten different shows – from the Great Fire of the 14th century and the years of the plague to the infamous serial killer Carl Grossmann. Regular special shows provide new surprises, some particularly gruesome, others bitingly humorous.

Visitor Information
