With this free creative activity, families with children aged 3 and above can design their own full-colour linocuts in the museum laboratory.
In this free creative workshop, families can write and create with calligraphy just like 120 years ago.
Whether it's first letters, flowing words, or short stories: In the Museum Lab at the Ephraim-Palais Museum, adults and children can discover the diversity of writing together. They can try wax tablets, quill pens with ink on paper, or graphite pencils on blackboards, creating their own texts in a variety of ways.
Instructors will provide insights into historical and modern writing techniques and support participants in bringing their own ideas to life. The result is personal writing pieces or small calligraphic artworks. Just come in and join in!
Note: This workshop is for children who can already write.
Meeting point: Museum Lab | Ephraim-Palais Museum
