An evening dedicated to one of the greatest chansonniers of the 20th century: Charles Aznavour.

Actor and singer Claudio Maniscalco interprets Aznavour's most famous chansons – predominantly in German, so that the stories behind the songs can resonate directly.

With charm, poise, and anecdotes, Maniscalco guides the audience through the program, bringing the "little, great Frenchman" back to life – without imitation, without copying, with his own distinct style. Great classics meet selected gems that touch the heart, entertain, and often bring a smile to your face. The focus is on Aznavour's lyrics: stories of love, loss, longing, and life itself.

Maniscalco is accompanied live by pianist Bijan Azadian, whose sensitive playing lends the songs space, depth, and elegance. The program includes "You Let Yourself Go", "La Bohème," "She", "La Mamma" – and many more.

"The message of my lyrics has always been more important to me than my singing." Charles Aznavour
