Gockel Jockel is sweeping the yard when he finds an ear of wheat. “Hooray,” shout the mice, “we’re having cake for breakfast!” But who will make it? Not the mice—they just want to play. Yet a cake doesn’t bake itself. A puppet theatre piece freely based on motifs from an old fairy tale from Eastern Europe.
