SNOW WHITE is a contemporary dance and theatre adaptation of the well-known fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm – developed with children and for children and performed by young performers from the Gesundbrunnen primary school, supported by professional dance and theatre artists from the LUNA PARK initiative.
The production combines spoken theater, contemporary dance, and choreographed play. Familiar characters and motifs are not simply retold, but reinterpreted through movement, rhythm, and improvisation. This creates a vibrant stage format that intertwines fantasy and reality, giving children direct access to theater and dance.
The performances are embedded in an accompanying dance and movement workshop that actively engages the audience. After the presentations, key movement sequences from the piece are explored and further developed together. The workshop fosters physical expression, teamwork, and self-confidence, and deepens the audience's engagement with the performance's content.
