On 14 February 2026, Brasserie Colette Tim Raue will dedicate itself to an upscale reinterpretation of French brasserie culture.
To celebrate Valentine's Day, the City West restaurant will present a curated five-course menu combining classic flavour profiles with modern accents.
The menu will feature dishes such as profiteroles with duck liver, shrimp Marocain and filet mignon, followed by a dessert arrangement.The focus is on artisanal precision and creating an atmospheric setting for the dinner in an urban location near Kurfürstendamm.
To meet the diverse nutritional and ethical requirements of modern society, the kitchen will offer vegan and fish-free alternatives alongside the conventional menu. This makes the event accessible to a wide audience and enables an inclusive culinary experience.
