with Undine Günther and Johannes Hinkelammert

In her film "Helga – A Search Becomes a Tribute" (Berlin, 2023), Undine Günther traces the footsteps of Helga in her life: Was she mad, or actually the normal one among the mad?

Undine's parents, Johannes Hinkelammert and Dorothea Günther, attended Helga's "storytelling sessions" for many years, excerpts of which are shown in this film. Following the screening, there will be an opportunity to talk with Undine Günther and Johannes Hinkelammert.

The film is part of the current special exhibition "A Female Being, Intellectually Versatile, Searches – Helga Goetze."

The accompanying "Storytelling Salons" bring to life the mementos that Helga left behind among her friends and family, fostering dialogue with those who were close to her.
