Free admission to exhibitions, special tours and music
KW - Institute for Contemporary Art invites you to its exhibitions every first Thursday of the month with extended opening hours and free admission from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., accompanied by a special guided tour and great music.
To kick off the evening, Berlin-based musician Helina will set the perfect mood with a two-hour DJ set from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the KW courtyard. With sounds that transcend genre boundaries, she creates a unique musical experience.
Raoul Zöllner offers short tours on the history of KW, its building, and its neighborhood – tracing the diverse transformations that have shaped both the institution and the city over the past decades.
- Start: 7 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8 p.m.
- Meeting point: at the box office
- First come, first served – no pre-registration required
In keeping with its long-standing commitment to accessibility of art and culture, the museum is pleased to offer free admission during the 2025 fall program – with generous support from the Wunderblock Foundation and the members of the KUNST-WERKE BERLIN e.V. (Friends of the Berlin Art Association).
