The East Berlin band “Britannia Theatre” returned to the stage in 2018 after a 20-year hiatus.
Founded in 1992 in a coal cellar on Lottumstraße, they played over a hundred concerts in six different countries until 1998. After 30 years, they are still on the road with trombone, cello, and accordion. They delight their audience with songs such as “Redbreasts Flying Against Windows,” “Therapy Sessions for Suicides,” and “As If the Worst Streak of Bad Luck Ever Had Begun...”
