On October 26, 2025, the Stigler Winery, Truffle King Massimo Ferradino, Chef Martin Höse, and Bernhard Moser invite you to a special evening on the Spree: At the Carl & Sophie restaurant, fine wines, exquisite truffles, and culinary creativity meet charming entertainment – a feast for all the senses.



The traditional Stigler Winery from Ihringen, Baden, a byword for quality for four generations, will present select wines from renowned vineyards such as the Winklerberg in Ihringen and the Schlossberg in Freiburg. These will be accompanied by a seasonal four-course menu created especially for the evening by Chef Martin Höse and his team – featuring the highest quality ingredients, artisanal craftsmanship, and modern touches.


The autumnal dishes will be enhanced by precious truffles from Massimo Ferradino, known as Berlin's "Truffle King." Since 2009, he has passionately dedicated himself to the search for the finest tubers – his discoveries have made his shop, Tartufo del Re, in Markthalle Neun a pilgrimage site for gourmets.


Bernhard Moser, restaurant critic, certified sommelier, and director of the eat!Berlin gourmet festival, will host the evening. With expert knowledge, humor, and anecdotes, he, along with Regina and Andreas Stigler, will ensure an entertaining and enjoyable experience.


The evening begins at 6:00 PM with an aperitif, and dinner starts at 7:00 PM.
