Cinema Surreal
Naked Lunch is a cult film by horror director David Cronenberg. Deeply rooted in surrealism, it is based on the novel of the same name by William S. Burroughs. Where splatter separates from professionalism, he views horror not with terror, but with an amused distance, strolling between the real and the surreal.
