The evening was conceived and designed by Stefanie Dietrich and Prof. Dr. phil. Hudhaifa Al-Mashhadani. Stefanie Dietrich is also well known to audiences from the in-house productions "Princess Rosine" and "Kurt Tucholsky - You Can't Blow Your Whistles Against an Ocean."

This special guest performance is part of the "Goom! - Encounter Instead of Prejudice" project of the German-Arab School IBN KHALDUN and is made possible through the generous support of the Antisemitism Action Fund of the Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion.
The program is intended as an attempt to gently approach the Middle East of the past, present, and a possible future with texts and songs full of longing, hope, and love.
