Discussions, Talks, Workshops

On November 7th, the HKW will be dedicated to the demands and ideas of young people: And now?! The Youth Housing Congress for Berlin enters its second round. Access to housing is a major challenge for many Berliners – good housing is a scarce commodity.

The first Youth Housing Congress for Berlin in 2024 made it clear: housing causes grief, fear, and worry. Young people from all over Berlin will come together again in 2025 to make their perspectives visible, share experiences, make demands on politics and society, and take change into their own hands – loudly, creatively, and concretely.

With artistic projects and in a wide variety of formats, young people will demonstrate what's going wrong today and what housing could look like tomorrow.
