MRAVALO – Songs and chants from Georgia

The Berlin Singing Women invite you to a celebration of Georgian song. Over 70 singers – the Berlin Singing Women, the Mravalo Network Choir, and other guest singers – will perform a colorful bouquet of songs from the regions of Kakheti, Megrelia, Guria, Racha, Svaneti, Tusheti, and Lasetia together with Georgian choir director Tamar Buadze and her son Irakli Arveladze at the Church of the Apostle Paul.


The Berlin Singing Women are delighted to share these wonderful songs and chants with their audience and invite them on a musical journey to Georgia.


Let yourself be transported to the Caucasus mountain landscapes, the vast plains, and the rich Georgian dishes, and listen to the songs and stories.
