In cooperation with RBB 24 Inforadio, Museum Ephraim-Palais invites you to a special discussion format at the Museum Ephraim-Palais. The backyards so typical of Berlin are protected spaces for newcomers and long-time residents. For some, they are an extension of their small apartment into the outside area. In times of recent urban densification, however, they are also contested.
How can a look to the past help solve urban planning challenges? And what visions for new forms of urban coexistence are currently emerging? Presenter Harald Asel talks about this with the curators of the exhibition and other guests. The conversation will be recorded and broadcast on September 21, 2025 at 11 a.m. on RBB 24 Inforadio in the "Forum" series.
