Summer Talks at the Stabi: What will carry us into the future
In the wake of Berlin's housing crisis, calls for expropriation and the socialization of housing have grown louder. This demand for the abolition of private control and its transfer to democratic self-management has now extended to other areas, such as energy, healthcare, and agriculture. Private property has fallen into disrepute.
