Daniel Barenboim, Simon Rattle, Evgeny Kissin, Cecilia Bartoli, and Tugan Sokhiev – they all performed on a Berlin stage here for the first time.
What began in 1959 under the title "RIAS Presents" lives on today as the concert series "Debut on Deutschlandfunk Kultur": a platform for outstanding young musicians who, together with the German Radio Symphony Orchestra (DSO), present themselves not only at the Philharmonie but also nationwide thanks to the radio broadcast.
Experience the stars of tomorrow today – live, promising, and up close.
