Lecture by Dr. Christoph Pewesin

After Hannah Höch's death, the Pewesin family lived in her former house and garden at An der Wildbahn 33 from 1979 to 1987.

Dr. Christoph Pewesin describes his memories of this time: "We consider ourselves lucky to have contributed to making the house, and especially the garden as a work of art, accessible to the public, to have learned a lot about garden design and to have experienced interesting encounters."

in 2023, the family generously donated the untitled collage [self-portrait] to the Museum Reinickendorf. The special circumstances surrounding this work of art are explained.

The collage is currently on display for the first time in the exhibition "Suggestions? I don't need any! (Hannah Höch)" at the GalerieETAGE.
