VISUAL LESUNG KIRSTEN STEINECKERT
Humorous, thoughtful - mostly autobiographical, like from the lives of others she has interviewed: while laughter and crying, joy and sadness are so often close together, she discovers the encouraging cheerfulness that can also be inherent in change.
She went on reading tours with her mother, the writer and poet Gisela Steineckert, until 2021.
She now reads solo, accompanied and supplemented by guitarist Fredy Conrad since 1994, and in Zimmer16 also by songwriter Michael Höft.
