For over 15 years, KuchenRausch in Berlin's Friedrichshain district has stood for the art of baking with soul. The sourdough breads are matured in a complex process over 42 hours and impress with their full flavour, wholesomeness and long freshness. The range of cakes is also varied: whether classic chocolate cake, fruity lemon cake or the popular Red Velvet - there is something to suit every taste. Of course, KuchenRausch also offers vegan cakes.
