Shopping on the waterfront
More than 100 years ago, the warehouse building at Tempelhof harbour was one of the most modern warehouses of its time. in 2009, the restored old warehouse was reopened together with a futuristic new building - as Berlin's first shopping centre directly on the waterfront. The centre not only has numerous specialist shops but also restaurants, a gaming VR park and a large indoor playground for children, including black light mini golf.
Up to 40 yachts and sailing ships are moored in the Teltow Canal right next to the mall. You can even go on board and enjoy a drink with a view of the water on the freighter "Alte Liebe". And the restaurant ship Marti serves Mediterranean dishes.
