Pure adrenaline: "House Running" involves a 45 metre vertical descent down the façade of "Das Center" with your eyes fixed on the ground.
Roped up to a special construction, you are well secured on the way down, but the thrill remains. Experienced runners manage to enjoy the phenomenal view of the DB Tower and across the rooftops to the City West on their way down.
You will receive full safety equipment and professional instruction from experienced guides on site.

The activity is offered regularly between April and October. Friends and family can accompany you from the ground, cheer you on and film you - making your descent a personal highlight. Optionally, you can have your descent documented with a video.
