City Tax

Since 1 January 2014, private travellers to Berlin have to pay a City Tax. This also includes school classes under certain circumstances. For general information about the accommodation tax, click here. If your school trip meets certain requirements, you will not have to pay the City Tax. Info & forms for school classes can be found at www.dehoga.de.
