Summer festival celebrating the 100th birthday of Hans Rosenthal

Live performances by: Till Brönner & Dieter Ilg, Balbina, Andrej Hermlin with the Swing Dance Orchestra, the RIAS Chamber Choir and many more.

Actor and Rosenthal impersonator Florian Lukas will be hosting the event. There will be a colourful programme for the whole family to join in. The festival will be presented by Korbinian Frenzel and Ramona Westhof, known from the Deutschlandfunk Kultur programme Studio 9.


The occasion is the 100th birthday of Hans Rosenthal. The radio and television presenter inspired entire generations with his humour and inventiveness. His life story continues to fascinate people to this day. The festival also tells his story and invites everyone to celebrate the summer with good music and interesting conversations.
