In the late afternoon and early evening, young and old gather on the village square to witness the spectacle of St. Martin and the beggar. In the light of colorful lanterns, the procession then criss-crosses through woods and meadows, past gardens and reconstructed medieval houses. As is tradition, St. Martin rides ahead of the lantern procession.
The fairytale witch Silberzweig will narrate the events and everyone can sing together to the music of the group "Wolgemut".
Please bring your own lanterns!
