Inspired by the true story of FEMEN co-founder Oksana Shachko, OXANA paints a moving portrait of a rebel who risked everything between art and the fight for freedom.
Following the Berlin premiere of the emotional biopic Oxana – My Life for Freedom, musician and activist Sookee, political activist Sarah-Lee Heinrich and Cesy Leonard, founder of the initiative Radikale Töchter (Radical Daughters), will discuss the topic ‘Courage, anger, resistance – what kind of feminist protest do we need today?’
