Reading + Talk

Prinzenbad is a poetry debut that takes its name from the public pool in Kreuzberg; a pool that’s also popular among migrant and Muslim young people and painted as a dangerous place in the media. Ozan Zakariya Keskinkılıç rewrites it as a place of queer desire and love.

In his poems, Muslim spirituality, memoires, and queer desire make up the literary coordinates for a journey through alternative geographies.
