Fotowalks

Together with photographer Alina Rudya, the district of Marzahn-Hellersdorf is organising several photo walks on the topic of ‘Plattenbau in Marzahn-Hellersdorf’. 


In just 15 years in the 1970s and 1980s, an entire town with 190,000 inhabitants, today's Marzahn-Hellersdorf, was built on former fields and sewage farms.



During the 90-minute photo walks, participants can explore the impressive large housing estates in Marzahn and Hellersdorf - the largest prefabricated housing estate in Europe - together with Alina Rudya.

The focus is not only on the special architecture, but also on the exchange of photographic techniques.


The walks will take place on the following Sundays at 4:30 pm:
