Young Euro Classic 2023

The Orchestre Français des Jeunes was created in 1982 by the French Ministry of Culture. Each year, the OFJ offers about a hundred students from conservatories and music schools throughout France the opportunity to work under professional conditions under the direction of an internationally renowned conductor and to perform in the most prestigious halls in France and Europe.

Works performed:

  • Karl Amadeus Hartmann - Symphony No. 5 ("Symphonie concertante", 1949)
  • Maurice Ravel - Concerto for piano and orchestra in G major
  • Pyotr Tchaikovsky - Symphony No. 4 in F minor, Op. 36
