It goes on a journey into the sensory universe of olive oils. In the process, participants learn to recognize nuanced differences with relish. Finally, it's time for practice!
All participants will learn to prepare the delicious tomato bread "pa amb tomàquet" with only three ingredients and to complement it with the perfect touch of olive oil.
