SilverWings Club - NEW WAVE AIRPORT
In the days of the airlift and the sultana bombers, the SilverWings was the officers‘ club (’NCO Club Silver Wings"), where even Johnny Cash played live. The club reopened in 1998. A unique atmosphere for parties and events in the rock, independent, punk and rock'n'roll/rockabilly genres.You can dance to DJs or attend live concerts on two floors. You can take a break from rocking out at the large bar in the centre of the room.
Fixed in the programme: The ‘LINIENTREU Revival Party’ on every 2nd Saturday of the month, with a musical focus on Berlin's 80s underground club scene.
Every 1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday it's ‘Ma Baker Party’ - Disco / R&B / House / current charts
and every 4th Saturday ‘Transition - Gothic and hard electro sounds’.
