On 5 July, the garden of the ESMT Berlin will become the stage for the IG Spreeinsel neighbourhood festival – and the Federal Foundation Bauakademie will be there!

Sommer auf der Insel
Together with residents, students, cultural institutions and guests from all over Berlin, they are celebrating summer in the heart of the city.
A varied programme awaits you:
- Live music from the Hanns Eisler School of Music
- Panel discussion on urban development, featuring Senate Building Director Prof. Petra Kahlfeldt, among others
- Exhibition of current construction projects in Berlin-Mitte
- Food trucks with culinary specialities
- Children's programme with bouncy castle, face painting, balloon figures and much more
- Sports zone with table tennis and football
