Natalia Rose is a contemporary jazz quartet led by guitarist Natalia Rose from Bogota, Colombia. The band currently consists of Omri Abramov (tenor and soprano saxophone), Francesco Beccaro (bass) and Max Simancas (drums).



The music has a descriptive intention that aims to develop extra-musical ideas in the listener. Influences from Colombian traditional music, modern jazz and pop music arrises into their first album called Retratos de un Juego de Sombras that was released in April 2017. This album is inspired by some photographs by Colombian photographer Camila Malaver that show the daily life of the communities in Barranco de Loba, Bolivar, Colombia. The band Natalia Rose was founded in September 2016 and recorded their first album at the end of the year. Impresiones, the second album, was released in September 2021. They will release their third album El Alma in July 2024.


Natalia Rose has played at the most important Jazz Festivals of Colombia such as: Festival de Música Bolón de Verde 2018, Festival Masai 2018, Festival de Jazz y Blues de la Libélula Dorada 2019, Barranquijazz 2019, Jazz Al Parque 2019 & 2022, VillaJazz Fest 2020. Since 2022 till 2024 they have played in different cities in Europe to promote their album Impresiones and upcoming album El Alma. El Despertar (Madrid, Spain), Centro Cultural Hortaleza (Madrid, Spain) Bix Club (Stuttgart, Germany), Jazz Club (Göppingen, Germany), Jazzhaus (Heidelberg, Germany), Cotton Jazz Club (Hamburg), Jazzclub Kiste (Stuttgart, Germany), Sarah's Jazz Club (Nicocía, Cyprus), SWR recording/concert (Tübingen, Germany), Jazz Club Armer Konrad (Weinstadt, Germany), Jazz Club Unterfahrt (Munich, Germany), Donau115 (Berlin, Germany), Blackforest Jazz (Phorzheim), Blue Note Dresden, Loft (Cologne, Germany), E-werk (Erlangen, Germany and others. In March 2025 they released their third album El Alma.
