Film series "Shared Histories – Collaboration in Ethnographic Film"
Over a period of 50 years John Marshall dedicated his cinema to document Ju’hoan (!Kung) life in Namibia. In this intimate portrait N!ai tells her own story, covering the crucial changes in Ju’hoan society over thirty years. As N!ai speaks, the film shows her throughout different stages of her life.
