by Bertolt Brecht
aufBruch is a free and independent theater project from Berlin that has been exploring social and political processes in an artistic way for over 25 years – and does so in an extraordinary location:
In collaboration with inmates from various correctional facilities and youth detention centers, aufBruch brings theater to places where the public would otherwise be excluded.
The current production focuses on Bertolt Brecht's play "Man Is Man" – a powerful exploration of identity, adaptation, and the question of how easily a person can change.
