LA ZAJAWA x 808 DAY AT PANKE

This edition has a special twist — we’re celebrating 808 Day, a global holiday for music producers and beat lovers. Get ready for a full day of cultural exchange, creative expression, and raw energy — from the streets to the studio, from graffiti walls to drum machines.


On August 9th, all elements of Hip-Hop will come together at Panke — La Zajawa unites German and Polish Hip-Hop culture: expect a full day of top-tier dance battles, a graffiti jam, a judged beat battle with live presentations — all culminating in a massive Open Mic Cypher featuring some of Berlin’s finest freestyle rappers, followed by an epic afterparty.

Experience real street art live as Berlin and Polish writers come together for a massive session to transform the outdoor space of Panke.

15:30 - 20:00 – BLOCK PARTY
Relax and vibe with us under the open sky! Enjoy a scratch session hosted by Hityawitthat for all turntable lovers, live graffiti, a dance floor for spontaneous freestyle sessions, and delicious food. A perfect blend of beats, street art, and good vibes.

18:00 – 20:00 – Beat League – Beat Battle
25 selected beatmakers go head-to-head. Everyone gets the same sample and has two hours to produce a track. With judges, prizes, and a big beat showcase in the evening.

23:00 – Dance Battle
An 8 to Smoke All Styles Throwdown featuring beats submitted to the Beat Unit Online Beat Contest. Here, beats from the global beatmaking community meet next-level dance skills.

00:00 – Open Mic Cypher
Show your skills on the mic! Powered by live beats from Sane's Medicine and sharp cuts from DJ O. No script, no limits — just bars, flow, and raw energy. This is real Hip-Hop.

01:30 – Afterparty – Berlin Style!

The night ends with an intense afterparty featuring some of Berlin’s finest DJs. Beats and breaks until the early morning.
