What would the Advent season be without Johann Sebastian Bach's Christmas oratorio? The Konzerthausorchester Berlin, renowned soloists and the boys of the traditional, 650-year-old Dresdner Kreuzchor fill the Great Hall with familiar sounds and a festive atmosphere - the programme includes the first part of the work. Traditional Christmas carols and the famous "Hallelujah" from Handel's "Messiah" will also be heard.
