Who has ever heard the names Fines de Claires, Tsarskaya, Ancelin, Belon or Gillardeau? In this oyster seminar, those interested will learn interesting facts about this special seafood.



What do the designations like TG or M mean? How do you tell the freshness of an oyster? How do you open them properly? In the workshop, different types of oysters will be tasted and tips on preparation and recipe ideas will be shared. A qualified fish and seafood expert will guide you through the evening.


The seminar includes a welcome glass of champagne and two glasses of wine to accompany you. It will be a culinary and entertaining evening in the freshness paradise of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.
